At Newtide we offer a range of garages available to rent in various locations. Whether you need secure storage for your car or extra space for larger items, renting a garage from us could be the perfect solution.
You don't need to be a customer of Newtide Homes to rent a garage from us.
Payment for garages is by Direct Debit:
Samphire tenants: £47.65 per month
Private rentals: £66.10 per month

Remember, you don't need to be a Newtide Homes customer to rent a garage from us but Newtide Homes customers are given priority.
Once we receive your application you'll be added to our waiting list and when a garage becomes available in your chosen area we'll be in contact.

Report a repair
