By submitting this form you confirm you have read and understand the following:

Flagship customers (Newtide, Samphire and Victory Homes) are given priority over private applications.  A garage will not be offered to Flagship customers whilst there are arrears on their rent account.

Flagship customer rent charges will only apply when renting garages within the vicinity of where you live (village or town).  Subsequent garages and those outside of the vicinity where you live will be charged at the higher Flagship customer rate including VAT.  Private non-tenant garages are charged at the non-Flagship customer rate including VAT for all licences held.

Our garages are not deemed watertight buildings and are primarily suitable for vehicle storage. We do not recommend its use for general storage, and we will not be held. liable for damage to any property.  It is your responsibility to arrange insurance for the contents of the garage.
