Our Board is made up of independent members, tenants, our Managing Director, and a representative from the Flagship Group Board. Its role is to oversee the management of housing and repair services, ensure we are complying with the Regulator of Social Housing’s standard, support in the development of policies, tenant and community engagement and to input to the strategic direction of Flagship Group.
This June, people are being invited to take a step forward to end homelessness by joining the Hope On The Move sponsored challenge. Participants will be able to take part individually, or team up to cover part of the challenge’s goal of 16,696 miles – 1 mile for every person experiencing homelessness in the region.
Flagship Group is to rollout smart, internet connected technology in the majority of their 31,000 homes as part of a wider digital transformation strategy that will see the organisation benefit from significant efficiency gains and improve the quality of service to residents.
