And as part of Flagship, a subsidiary of Bromford Flagship, we don’t just want to make a difference to our customers and their communities. We want to solve the housing crisis too.

2024-25 Customer Report

In our first customer report since our merger with Bromford, we dive into some figures from across the organisation and reflect on our progress over the year. There’s always more work to be done, but we’re heading in the right direction and always have customers at the heart of everything we do.

Our Board

Our Board of Directors is made up of Non-Executive Directors, along with our Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The Board has overall responsibility for setting strategic priorities and monitoring performance against them.
