Supported Living Accommodation
Why choose Supported Living?
We have several supported living accommodation homes for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other support requirements.
These homes are tailored to promote independence while ensuring customers receive the support they need to thrive. Care and support is provided by a third-party agency with staff working onsite (some sites offer 24/7 support).

What are the benefits?
Support is designed to help you develop skills and confidence so you can live as independently as possible. On-site, or visiting staff can provide guidance, reassurance and assistance when you need it.
There will be opportunities to make friends and socialise as often as you'd like, and you can get involved in regularly scheduled activities (there may be an additonal cost for some of these).
You'll receive personalised support based on your needs, helping you to manage your daily life and wellbeing. Staff can also help and support you with any housing related enquiries or assist with applications for benefits.
Rent and service charges
When you live in our supported living accommodation you'll need to pay rent to us as the housing provider of your home. You may also need to pay for some service charges which cover the cost of communal utilities, shared facilities, maintenance and garden areas.
If you are on a lower income, you may be entitled to housing benefit or universal credit to help cover some, or all your rent. You might need to contribute towards the cost of the support provided at the scheme and if you choose to participate in certain social activities there could be an extra cost for these. You'll be responsible for paying Council Tax to the local authority.
