Newnham Avenue, Woodbridge
We’re proposing to replace the old garages at Newnham Avenue with four new affordable homes. The garages are in poor condition and the space is currently underused, so this project gives the land a new purpose. The plans include four two bedroom houses, each with a private rear garden, and dedicated parking spaces. New planting, trees and hedgerows will help improve the look and feel of the area.
